Indications: To normalize bowel flora and colon function by providing bulk to promote natural elimination; useful for gastrointestinal distress as in constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, and non-obstructive bowel issues

Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 100 mg

Aloe Vera powder (aerial part)
Prune powder (fruit)

Suggestion: 1 teaspoon in pure water in both the morning and evening or as directed.

If taking capsules, up to 5 capsules three times daily before meals or as directed.
